I was previously working with a colleague of Lisa's - but she went on mat leave - so I was given to Lisa. Let me just say that she is the most PATIENT person. I like to ask a lot of questions, and was obviously super green when it came to knowing ANYTHING about buying a home. I likely asked her 100 things, maybe even the same things twice - and she was never too busy to answer me. I had been lurking the market for some time, and we only saw a couple units in-person before I found "the one". This was when the market was HOT HOT HOT and I was just patiently waiting to get the mortgage stuff sorted (which didn't even happen until after I had a conditional accepted offer - pending financing). And once I told her I wanted it...she got to work and made it happen. Very kind. Very responsive. Very PATIENT (Did I say that? lol). Very knowledgeable. We totally vibed, and she leaned into my weird personality and was just really a really fun experience all around. The teaser pics on possession day or keys were just the BEST, and the fact that she was GENUINELY excited was so nice. She will make the process really enjoyable, and exciting. Highly recommend.

Highly responsive, well engaged, and most of all HONEST. She genuinely cares about the client, stayed on-top of things, and knows the area - including arranging inspectors, notaries, etc. Highly recommend, and wouldn't use anyone else in the area in the future!

She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient with us during our journey. We also had fun thinking of the possibilities for renovations and changes to make some older homes work for us. in the end we ended up buying a new build and she was able to think up a deal that we did not know was a possibility that worked best for both parties and got us into our new home sooner. She always responded very quickly to my questions, genuinely listened to what I wanted, and helped guide me when I wasn’t sure. She knows the Campbell River market very well. She could get me into see places right away while respecting my budget and “must have” list. Lisa never seemed to tire of looking at places while I whittled it down. She really was outstanding in her support through the purchasing process as well. Lisa has great connections and relationships in the community which gets passed down to her clients. Plus, she is just so darn nice and refreshing to deal with.
